What is an HTMA Test?
WHAT IS HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS (HTMA)?
HTMA is short for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and is a simple, non-invasive test using a small sample of hair that is sent to the lab. It is tested for and reveals your body's mineral blueprint and hidden toxic metals.
Since minerals drive energy, hormones, and detox pathways, HTMA helps uncover the root causes of fatigue, stress, and chronic health issues -giving you a clear roadmap to restore balance and vitality.

The Mineral Reset Method is a step-by-step, personalized approach using HTMA testing to identify your unique mineral imbalances and restore your energy, metabolism, and clarity at the ROOT!
Includes an HTMA kit and an analysis including a full pdf report that explains your HTMA results, and recommendations to address them. Also includes a recorded video summary walking through the results.
Blood tests are valuable, but just like saliva, urine, and stool samples, they can only show what is going on at that exact moment in time. They are a quick snapshot of what is going on and can change within hours or even minutes. A hair sample shows us 3-4 months of data at the cellular level, and a much better view of how you're using your minerals.
4-6 weeks of new hair growth is preferred and the sample should be taken as close to the scalp as possible. Only scalp hair is accepted. The lab does not accept bear, armpit, or other hair.
It will take approximately 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order. 1 week to send you the HTMA kit (most likely a few days), 1-2 weeks to get the results back from the lab, and 1-2 weeks until I get your report done.
Lab - We use TEI Labs for our tests as they do not wash their hair samples which can skew the results.
Restrictions - US clients only. We cannot accept samples from NY state, but the rest of the US is ok.
Retesting - It's recommended to retest in 3-4 months to see what is shifting or needs adjusted.
Refunds - Once your order has been placed and HTMA kit has been mailed out, no refund can be made. HTMA tests are void after 1 year from purchase.
