Here's what to expect next:

1. You will receive an email from Practice Better confirming your purchase and you'll need to create a Free account as that is the client platform I use. You'll also receive a welcome email from me with a link to a video and pdf that shows you how to collect your hair sample.

2. Your HTMA kit will be mailed to you. Depending on where you live, you should receive it within 5-7 days.

3. Once we receive your results, we'll complete your report with a Full PDF report and recorded video summary including a 90-day plan and my recommendations!
