Here's what to expect next:

1. You will receive an email from Practice Better confirming your purchase and you'll need to create a Free account as that is the client platform I use. You'll also receive a welcome email from me with a link to a video and pdf that shows you how to collect your hair sample.

2. You will receive an email from me to schedule your Initial Intake call and complete your Intake questionnaire.

2. After that, your HTMA kit will be mailed to you. Depending on where you live, you should receive it within 5-7 days. You'll also receive an order by email to get your bloodwork done.

3. Once we receive your results, we'll complete your report with a Full PDF report and and go over my recommendations during your Results Call. You'll be able to schedule your remaining 4 calls after that.
