01 Check your email
your order confirmation + course login details from Systeme.io are headed to your inbox right now. This is the course platform I use and you'll need to create a Free account if you don't already have one. If you don't see them within a few minutes, check spam. You'll also receive a separate welcome email from me with a short google form to fill out for your HTMA testing kit and a link to a video that shows you how to collect your hair sample.
02 start HTMA 101 now
seriously - don't wait for your kit. HTMA 101 is already live your portal with Systeme.io. The HTMA 101 mini-course walks you through the basics of what HTMA measures and how to read your results. The more you understand going in, the more personal mineral report will click when it arrives.
03 watch for your kit
your HTMA test kit ships within 1-2 business days. inside you'll find everything you need - collection instructions, a prepaid return envelope, and your lab requisition. Depending on where you live, you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 days. Please be sure to fill out the google form in your welcome email with your address so I know where to send it.
04 collect your sample at home
it takes about 5 minutes. a small hair sample from your scalp. full instructions are in the kit walking you through every step- you've got this!
05 mail it in + wait for results
drop it in the prepaid envelope and mail it off. results typically come back in 2-4 weeks. use that time to keep working through HTMA 101.
06 receive your personal mineral report
this is the part I love most. once your results come in, I create your personalized video walkthrough - everything your HTMA is showing, explained in plain language, delivered to your portal. watch it on your own time. rewatch as many times as you want. you'll also have a full written report.
