01 Check your email
your order confirmation + course login details from Systeme.io are headed to your inbox right now. This is the course platform I use and you'll need to create a Free account if you don't already have one. You'll also receive a welcome email from me with a short form to fill out for your HTMA testing kit and a link to a video that shows you how to collect your hair sample.
02 access HTMA 101
your mini-course is already live in your portal with Systeme.io. You'll also receive an email with login details from Systeme.io. The HTMA 101 mini-course walks you through the basics of what HTMA measures and how to read your results. by the time your kit arrives, you'll already know the foundation.
03 watch for your kit
your HTMA test kit ships within 1-2 business days. inside you'll find everything you need - collection instructions, a prepaid return envelope, and your lab requisition. Depending on where you live, you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 days.
04 collect your sample
it takes about 5 minutes. a small hair sample from your scalp. full instructions are in the kit - you've got this!
05 mail it in + wait for results
drop it in the prepaid envelope and mail it off. results typically come back in 2-4 weeks. in the meantime? keep working through HTMA 101.
06 receive your raw results
once your results land in your portal, you'll have HTMA 101 to help you start making sense of what you're seeing. this is where it gets exciting.
