01 Check your email
your order confirmation + course login details from Systeme.io are headed to your inbox right now. This is the course platform I use and you'll need to create a Free account if you don't already have one. If you don't see them within a few minutes, check spam. You'll also receive a separate welcome email from me with a short google form to fill out the information I need for your HTMA testing kit & bloodwork order and a link to a video that shows you how to collect your hair sample.
02 start HTMA 101 now
don't wait. HTMA 101 is already live your portal right now. the more foundation you have going in, the more our results will be worth. this is your prep work - and it's good.
03 complete your bloodwork
Once your receive an email with your bloodwork requisition, take it to any local lab at your convenience. no doctor's referral needed. no insurance required. quick and easy.
04 watch for your kit
your HTMA test kit ships within 1-2 business days. everything is inside - collection instructions, a prepaid return envelope, and everything you need to collect your sample. Depending on where you live, you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 days. Please be sure to fill out the google form in your welcome email with your address so I know where to send it.
05 collect your sample at home
it takes about 5 minutes. a small hair sample from your scalp. full instructions are in the kit. it's simpler than it sounds - you've got this!
06 mail it in + wait for results
drop it in the prepaid envelope and mail it off. results typically come back in 2-4 weeks. use that time to keep working through HTMA 101 and complete your bloodwork if you haven't already.
07 receive your personal mineral report
once both sets of results are in, I get to work.
