Hi I'm Christie and I'm so glad you're here!

Here's what to expect next:

1. You will receive an email from Practice Better confirming your purchase and you'll need to create a Free account as that is the client platform I use. You'll also receive a welcome email from me with a link to a video and pdf that shows you how to collect your hair sample for the HTMA test.

2. You will be sent TWO questionnaires, one form to fill out for our telehealth provider and the other for me as part of the intake for your lab work. We'll schedule an initial 60-minute consultation where we can review your concerns, map out a plan, get you set up for your HTMA & bloodwork, and start rebuilding from the inside out! Then we'll set up your appointment with the telehealth provider to get you started on peptide therapy.

3. Your HTMA kit will be mailed to you. Depending on where you live, you should receive it within 5-7 days. Your bloodwork order will be sent to you via email within a few days.

4. Once we receive your test results, we'll complete your report with a Full PDF report and recorded video summary including a 90-day plan and my recommendations!

5. You'll receive a weekly email check-in where you are encouraged to let me know how things are going, and you'll also be able to schedule a 30-minute appointment each month during the program.

6. At the completion of the program, you can continue on peptide therapy at wholesale cost, and we can do a retest of your HTMA & Bloodwork (optional but highly recommended!)
